Monday, Thursday and Friday - Open 2 PM until 9 PM
Saturday - Open 10:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M.
Sunday - Open 2:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
The 2009 NWHBA Parade of Homes covers three weekends with thirty-three beautiful homes on display. We have two categories of homes for 2009; Traditional and Model/Spec. Traditional homes have everything you’d expect from a Parade home with full landscaping and decorating. The Model/Spec entries include model homes and homes ready for sale. Many of these homes have full decorating and landscaping. The magazine and map will denote the categories for you and will provide specific home details.
Children under 5 years of age enter free.

Tickets
Ticket price at all Parade homes, Smith’s, and Bowmans Market is $10.00.
You can download a $1.00 off coupon here: *COUPON* Your coupon can be redeemed when purchasing a full fare ticket at any Parade home. $1.00 off coupons do not apply to on-line ticket purchases.
Online purchase is $9.00. On-line ticket purchases will receive a Voucher to be redeemed at any Parade Home.
Tickets are available starting June 22nd at:
- On-line (Select the Buy Tickets option on the menu bar at the top of this page)
- Smith’s Food Stores from Bountiful to North Ogden
- Bowman’s Market in Kaysville
- At every Parade Home. (Click here for a Parade home map)
Vouchers and tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-replaceable.

Peoples Choice Award
The Peoples Choice Award has been revised for 2009. It’s now included as a "tear tag" on your Parade ticket. Voting is easy as easy as marking your choice for the home that most captured your dream. Just fill out your name and phone number, tear off the Voting stub and drop it off at the last home you visit. And best of all...

Maps and Locations
The 2009 NWHBA Parade of Homes features thirty three homes covering Davis, Weber and Morgan counties, from North Salt Lake to the south, Plain City to the north, and Mt. Green and in the Pine View Reservoir area to the east. Price ranges from modest to all out multi million dollar homes. There’s something for everybody!

Parade Magazine
A copy of the Parade Magazine is provided with each ticket purchase and are available at each Parade home.
This publication is your resource guide for your Parade adventure. You’ll find a full color pull out map, articles designed to help you in your building project, renderings and pictures of each home, home details and facts and builder information. On our Traditional home entries, you’ll find additional information such as floorplans and a list of sub-contractors and suppliers that provided work on each home.
